My Dear Fish — A Culinary Journey

This book is a dream in progress — a collection of seafood and fish recipes shaped by my life on the coast. It’s not just a cookbook, but a storybook of flavours, places, and personal moments. I’m working on it steadily, and I want visitors to know that it’s coming.

My Dear Fish will bring together recipes from Cornwall, Brittany, and beyond — dishes I’ve cooked, loved, and shared over the years. It will be a celebration of coastal cooking and a tribute to the joy of preparing food with heart.

Many of the recipes will come from my growing Seafood Collection here on the site, alongside new ones created especially for the book.
